1. Production Timeline

All orders, whether custom - designed mascots or ready - made items, typically require approximately 5-7 business days for production. This time frame allows our team of designers and artisans to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship for your mascot.

2. Shipping Timeframes

We offer free shipping and Express Shipping worldwide. The shipping time varies depending on the destination:

2.1 United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom

Orders shipped to these regions generally Free Shipping take 7 - 10 business days to arrive from the date of dispatch. This standard delivery time applies to most areas within these countries.  

Express Shipping take 5- 7 busniess days to arrive from the date of dispatch. 

2.2 Other Developed Countries

For other developed nations, please allow an additional 2 - 5 business days on top of the standard 7 - 10 days. This extended timeframe accounts for potential customs clearance and logistical differences.

2.3 Less - Developed Countries

In less - developed countries, shipping may take 5 - 10 business days longer than the delivery times for other developed countries. This includes extra time for transportation, customs processing, and local delivery arrangements.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the relevant shipping carrier's website.
